A year ago, we were walking approximately five miles a day, as a family. And then Keith’s new business took off and our walks went by the wayside. I miss that time the most, but if 2020 taught us anything, it was to be flexible. Businesses require so much effort and you’ve got to be willing to make some sacrifices to make things work.
Werk. Werk. WERK.
And sacrifice we did. And sacrifices we will continue to make.
But I’m also really hoping we can get our family walks back. Really really. Truthfully, I never took them for granted. I was aware everyday of just how valuable the time was. And the older Sydney gets, the more I know we NEED the family time.
More family walks, please and thank you.
