I have a confession.
I know exactly why, after months, I continue to be bombarded by ads for these shoes:
It’s because I can’t stop looking at them.
Every damn time I get another ad, I click through because my reaction is still “wooooooow.”
And here’s the thing, the very first time these shoes crossed my screen, I gasped. And then I laughed hysterically. And then I shook my head.
And then I sat, staring at them for longer than I’d care to admit.
Not because these are shoes that I feel like I’d wear. Although I have threatened entertained Sydney with the idea. But because they’re so damn creative, and I wish they were my idea.
These shoes are a conversation piece. And in my humble opinion, a work of art. (One that I can envision on a wall display, much more than I can on feet.)
I know most people will look at these shoes, shake their heads, call them crazy, and never see them again. But I’m not that person. I’m going to keep keep clicking the ads. And keep being entertained by these shoes, because I can’t get over the creativity it took not only to imagine these shoes, but to bring them to reality.
Well done, outside the box thinkers!
